Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, operated by J.A.M Technologies (trading as J.A.M Tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website.

Services

J.A.M Technologies provides website design, development, and connected business system services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are determined on a per-client basis and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Project Discovery and Quotes

The project form starts a discovery and review process. Each website project is individually scoped and receives a fixed quote in writing before work begins. Ongoing care is optional and quoted separately if requested. Submitting the form does not start a build or collect a payment. Existing customer agreements continue to define their own scope and terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of J.A.M Technologies unless otherwise stated. Client deliverables and ownership rights are defined in individual service agreements.

User Submissions

By submitting information through our forms, you grant J.A.M Technologies permission to use that information to provide our services and communicate with you about your inquiry or project.

Communications Consent

The project form lets you choose email or a phone call for follow-up about your request. Providing a phone number in that form does not by itself give consent to receive text messages. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in to them, and that opt-in is never required to buy. You may contact us directly to change your communication preferences.

Limitation of Liability

J.A.M Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
