    Agreement to Terms

    By accessing and using this website, operated by J.A.M Technologies (trading as J.A.M Tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website.

    Services

    J.A.M Technologies provides website design, development, and connected business system services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are determined on a per-client basis and confirmed in writing before work begins.

    Website Blueprint

    The $50 Website Blueprint is a paid first look at the direction for your project. It is not a completed website. If you choose to move forward, the remaining balance for your build is due before the work continues to a launch-ready, published site. Nothing is charged at the time you submit a project request.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of J.A.M Technologies unless otherwise stated. Client deliverables and ownership rights are defined in individual service agreements.

    User Submissions

    By submitting information through our forms, you grant J.A.M Technologies permission to use that information to provide our services and communicate with you about your inquiry or project.

    Communications Consent

    By providing your contact information, you consent to receive messages from J.A.M Technologies about the request you submitted — by email, phone, or text. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in to them, and that opt-in is never required to buy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.

    Limitation of Liability

    J.A.M Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

    Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
